Looking for Patients and Caregivers Living with Early Alzheimer’s

SEEKING: People diagnosed with   Alzheimer’s disease who are currently taking or  considering prescription medication and their care partners .

SEEKING:

People diagnosed with 
 Alzheimer’s disease
who are currently taking or 
considering prescription medication
and their care partners 
GENUINE is seeking REAL people diagnosed with 
Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) 
due to Alzheimer’s disease
Or
 Mild Alzheimer’s dementia (or mild dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease)
who are currently on or considering prescription medication
to share their stories 
We are looking to speak with patients 
and their CARE PARTNERS 

Those selected will be featured in various marketing initiatives, including printed materials and online campaigns, and compensated for participation.
